Systrends EBT Hub™
In the
Ontario, Canada, Systrends was instrumental
in the design, development, and
implementation of EBT (Electronic Business
Transactions) in the deregulated electric
energy marketplace. Systrends EBT Hub™
was the first hub to be certified by the OEB
(Ontario Energy Board) in 2000. In
2007, our original "spoke" software,
XMLbridge™ was
upgraded to XMLbridge
Transaction Transporter
T2™ -
to include the multi-level functionality and
user-friendly features of our improved
software solution.
The
Systrends EBT Hub functions as an
Internet-based postal service, using
mail-boxing to store and deliver
transactions according to each client's
requirements and schedules. The Hub
can connect to trading partners and also to
other Internet hubs or VANs. The Hub
can interface with spoke software, or the
Hub can send and receive transactions from
another translation/transport software
product. Our Hub provides trading
partner support through training, testing,
technical and customer support, and business
process consulting.
